Trish was born in Magical, Mystical Ireland on a cold January morning in 1969.

She has had an interest in holistic issues since her teens and the opening of Avalon was the culmination of a long-held dream.

Trish has been running classes in Aromatherapy since 1998 and in recent years has specialized in running courses for drug users in recovery, highlighting the therapeutic aspects of essential oils and the invaluable role which Aromatherapy can play in Stress Prevention.

She has a passion for Egyptology, and escapes to Egypt at every available opportunity. She has meditated both in the Great Pyramid and the Temple of Dendera; camel trekked with the Bedouins; sailed on Feluccas on the Nile and finds that each trip connects her deeper with the timeless wonder and knowledge of Ancient Egypt while simultaneously discovering some of the modern delights which Egypt has to offer.

Most of the oils that she uses have been sourced in Egypt and she draws heavily from Ancient Egyptian techniques in her work.
